Your Job:
As the Senior Director, Commerce and Product Solutions at Brooks Running, you will lead the strategic vision, execution, and operational support of the technology platforms that power our commerce channels, marketing capabilities, and product development lifecycle. This includes direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms such as brooksrunning.com, Brooks-owned retail stores, and our business-to-business (B2B) commerce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure our digital and physical commerce experiences are seamless, scalable, and aligned with our brand and business goals
Your Responsibilities:
People Leadership- Demonstrate strong leadership skills rooted in Brooks leadership principles
- Promote Brooks Core Cultural Values: Responsible for team culture and keeping a pulse on morale to proactively address any concerns, utilizing the findings of Cultural Strengths Surveys to build on successes and prioritize and create a plan for opportunities
- Demonstrate the ability to lead function(s) not in your area of expertise
- Lead a high-performing team of IT professionals across commerce, marketing, and product technology domains • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Prioritize people investment as much as business management by building a collaborative, open, trusting environment for employees and creating a culture of authentic recognition and giving thanks
- Regularly check-in and assess team morale, asking for feedback from employees and partnering with IT leadership and/or HR to address any concerns
- Model leadership behavior across the organization and build leadership capability across the team
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives
Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $200,816 - $321,368 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
