RICS is seeking a strategic and organised Assessment Supporter Programme Manager to lead the recruitment, training, and engagement of members who support our global assessment processes. This includes Principal and Lead Assessors, General Assessors, Counsellors, and Auditors. The role ensures these contributors are eligible, trained, and engaged to uphold RICS qualification standards.- Develop and manage recruitment, onboarding, and engagement processes for all assessment supporter roles. - Oversee training materials and standardisation sessions, ensuring alignment with global assessment requirements. - Maintain accurate data and eligibility records for all supporters, ensuring compliance with training and regulatory standards. - Lead performance tracking and feedback cycles for Principal and Lead Assessors. - Research and enhance the value proposition for supporter roles through continuous improvement and stakeholder feedback.
You are a confident and experienced programme manager with a background in training, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance. You bring strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and a passion for professional development.Essential skills and experience:
- Proven experience designing and delivering training and engagement programmes. - Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse regions and cultures. - Excellent project management and organisational capabilities. - Experience in developing quality assurance processes and reward frameworks. - Confident public speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
