Position Summary:The Fifth Grade Homeroom Teacher at Christ Lutheran is responsible for providing a nurturing and academically stimulating environment where students can thrive spiritually, socially, emotionally, and academically. This role involves planning and delivering high-quality instruction in all core subjects while integrating Christian teachings and values. The teacher will foster a love of learning, promote student growth in faith, and address the diverse needs of each child. As a homeroom teacher, this individual will also serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents, ensuring effective communication and a positive classroom atmosphere. The Fifth Grade Homeroom Teacher will work closely with other faculty and staff to create a collaborative, Christ-centered learning environment.
