Account Clerk II
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about numbers? Were looking for someone to join our team in a key role that involves complex, specialized clerical work. Youll apply advanced accounting principles to help maintain accurate financial accounts and records, playing an important part in supporting the Clerk of the District Court.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (40 hours per week)

What Youll Do:
- Process payments, receipts, checks, garnishments, payment vouchers, and cash receipts
- Reconcile daily report balances with bank statements
- Enter judgments and tax costs, and apply credits as outlined in court orders
What Were Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional coursework in accounting or finance
- At least 6 months of experience in office and clerical work, especially with financial transactions
- Or an equivalent combination of training and experience
