What youre applying for

Were looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to help drive automation, transparency, and greater efficiency within the companys financial ecosystem.

Youll become a trusted partner by handling the processing of invoices supporting core teams across the company, including Finance, Claims, Underwriting, Growth, Customer Experience, and Business Development.

In this role youll

• Play a major role in the daily financial operations of the company via invoice processing, settlement runs, and communications with vendors and cross-functional teams
• Act as a key contributor to the accounts payable function, including bank reconciliations, liability reconciliations, ledger expense reviews, and additional FinOps processes
• Scale our month-end close process and improve our efficiency & timing

What youll need

• 1+ years experience in accounts payable, with noteworthy accomplishments
• Workday ERP system experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as impeccable attention to detail
• Adept relationship-building skills, including across internal and external teams
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
• Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI - a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture

Lemonades US base salary range for this full-time position is $31.25-$36.06 hourly plus equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
