What Youll Do
As an Associate Principal in our A&S team, you will:
- Lead complex, high-impact client engagements — from design through delivery — across global, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Drive the implementation of cutting-edge assessment and succession solutions, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including CHROs and C-suite leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on talent strategy.
- Translate insights into action, helping clients interpret assessment data and embed it into leadership development and succession planning.
- Build long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand impact across Korn Ferrys broader capabilities.
- Shape and execute client account plans, aligning with regional and global strategies.
What You Bring
- 7-10 years experience in a client-facing consulting or talent strategy role.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects in complex, multicultural environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a focus on listening, influencing, and building trust.
- A passion for assessment, leadership development, and succession planning — and the ability to turn data into strategic action.
- A collaborative, agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A Bachelors degree (Psychology or related field preferred); advanced degrees are a plus.
