• Reconcile daily delivery paperwork and post customer payments (cash/checks/EFTs) into our route accounting system
• Monitor unpaid invoices and follow up with retailers or sales representatives in accordance with Montana state alcohol laws
• Create and manage new client profiles; assist with EFT setup and banking information
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values in all financial matters
• Answer customer calls; generate same-day delivery invoices as needed. Occasionally assist with order picking from the warehouse when feasible
• Provide excellent in-person and phone customer service to retailers, suppliers, and sales staff
• Act as a liaison between sales reps and customers to resolve issues efficiently
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by management

• Must be at least (in accordance with alcohol industry regulations)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, credit practices, and collection policies
• Skilled in data entry, basic math, and accuracy-driven work
• Experience using spreadsheets and route accounting systems preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (depending on experience)
