Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed residential cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and floors
• Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures to ensure high-quality service
• Communicate with clients professionally and address any special requests
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude with clients and team members
• Manage time efficiently to complete jobs on schedule
• Properly use and maintain company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment
• Report any issues, damages, or concerns to management promptly
• Travel between client locations (mileage is reimbursed)

What Were Looking For:

• Friendly, reliable, and professional individuals with an eye for detail
• Availability: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (some weekend shifts available)
• Reliable transportation & valid drivers license (must have a clean driving record)
• Smartphone required (for scheduling and communication)
• Must pass a City of Missoula and Third Party background check
• Comfortable around pets
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Types of Cleaning Jobs:

• Deep cleans & regular maintenance cleaning
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Post-renovation/new construction cleaning
• Vacation property turnover cleaning
