Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to emails and inquiries
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Perform basic data entry and file organization
  • Prepare simple reports using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Assist with online research tasks
  • Create and format documents, presentations, or PDFs
  • Maintain task lists and follow up on deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience working with small businesses or startups
  • Familiarity with task management software
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or invoicing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
