Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails and inquiries
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Perform basic data entry and file organization
- Prepare simple reports using Excel or Google Sheets
- Assist with online research tasks
- Create and format documents, presentations, or PDFs
- Maintain task lists and follow up on deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience working with small businesses or startups
- Familiarity with task management software
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or invoicing

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
