Governance PMO Lead - 12 months FTC

Due to a recent merger, my client who is one of the UKs leading financial services company is looking for a Lead Governance PMO to join their Delivery Management Office. In this role, you will maintain a robust reporting framework and you will manage the end-to-end Integration Steering Committee (ISC). Due to the size of the project, there is a high chance, the contract will be extended or moved into a permanent role. Main responsibilities

Lead the monthly workstream reporting cycle

Own and manage the process for providing timely and accurate updates on the Integration Programme to the Group BoardManage the flow and quality of data required to feed other governance forums

Co-ordinate meeting logistics, develop agendas

Oversee the review and distribution process of ISC reports RequirementsStrong PMO governance experience Strong mergers and acquisitions experience, along with integrations experience

Strong leadership experience - experience leading/managing a team

Experience working on a multi-million pound portfolio

Strong stakeholder management
