We are looking for an Associate to join our Monitoring Trustee Team in London. We are a small, relationship-driven team with a particular focus on overseeing competition remedies required for domestic and cross-border transactions, specifically the monitoring of commitments such as business carve-outs, corporate disposals, and long-term behavioral undertakings. This is a rapidly developing market and we have an extensive track-record of acting on major cases in the UK and internationally. Youll make an impact by:

• Working closely with senior professionals in the team, gaining valuable exposure to a broad range of businesses, sectors, and case types.
• Contributing to the assessment of detailed remedy measures, collaborating with management teams to ensure issues are appropriately addressed, and reporting to regulators.
• Developing your ability to identify business opportunities and deepening your understanding of how competition regulation influences acquisitions and mergers, market investigations, and State Aid cases.
