Administrative Assistant

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or Bachelors degree, preferably in business administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of retail operations experience
  • Previous experience in administrative functions, sales, marketing, organization, purchases, and others.
  • Experience in managing product inventory, preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Cash register experience.
  • Experience working with Quickbooks preferable.
  • Fully Bilingual preferable.
  • Effective, Strong, and Certain communication skills (oral and written)
  • Confident and experienced communicator.
  • High energy level and enthusiastic.
  • Business and result oriented.
  • Passionate and service minded.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision, to multitask and to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Inventory:

  • Processing receiving of merchandise that arrive at the store.
  • Assign prices to pieces per system.
  • Responsible for protecting and ensuring the proper handling of the merchandise.
  • Reports to the Store Manager and/or Store owners the inventory status of the merchandise.
  • Assist with daily display case counts, if there is a discrepancy will assist in the inventory audit.

Repairs:

  • Verify repairs that are detailed, audit them weekly.
  • Deliver report to management on duty
  • Audit repair envelopes, with complete and clear information.
  • Send them to the vendor, receive them, enter costs into the system, call clients to follow up on pending estimates and file them in a designated place.

Special Orders:

  • Receive them in the Edge system.
  • Call customers to follow up on the status of their order.
  • Audit orders weekly (deliver report to management on duty)
  • Audit invoices, enter them into the system, file them in their respective place.
  • Enter invoices into the companys Quick Book payment system and keep files organized and entered on time.
  • Process warranty claims, send emails to the corresponding vendors for credits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 per hour
