Administrative Assistant

Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations at Energy Products. This role will assist with office management, scheduling, data entry, and communication across departments, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executives, managers, and staff.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Assist with the procurement of office supplies and inventory management.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Support HR with onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and company documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or technology-related industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of battery technology or energy storage solutions is a bonus.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
