Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support by preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Utilize computer software for data entry, document creation, and spreadsheet management.
  • Organize files and maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of information.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficient typing skills and computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality work.
  • Solid time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
