Business Analyst

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This is a remote opportunity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work with agile development methodologies adhere to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities
• Help our customers enhance their analytic capabilities and the way they integrate, manage, and use their data by creating modern applications
• Provide sustainment and maintenance support for existing applications
• Participate in large system and subsystem planning and all aspects of software development, including design, development, documentation, testing and implementation
• Leads facilitation of top-level stakeholder meetings
• Orchestrate the requirements development for new features in support of rapidly emerging business and project needs

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree preferred, but will consider additional relevant experience in lieu of degree
• 8+ years hands-on analyst experience for software engineering projects
• Experience working with SAF/FM
• Strong familiarity with Agile Software Development

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with projects that include application modernization and/or application migration to the cloud
• Experience with Oracle Fast Formulas
• Experience with US Air Force Integrated Personnel and Payroll Systems
• Experience with US Air Force Payroll Calculations

Clearance Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
