Client Service Specialist

We are currently one of the youngest and fastest growing financial planning firms in the country. We have grown from one team member less than 3 years ago to now over 25 team members. Our home office is located in Columbus, OH.

We are seeking an individual to provide superior customer service to the firms clients and team members. This team member will be instrumental in ensuring clients have the most memorable and positive experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Track 401k rollovers and investment transfers
• Complete paperwork for client accounts
• Work with clients as needed when transferring accounts
• Help clients with account-related questions like logging in, changing address or beneficiary
• Other tasks related to operations and making sure work is being kept off advisors plates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
