Essential Functions:
- Ensure that clinics consistently partner with CooperSurgical to drive (and demonstrate) best practices for clinical outcome
- Provide in-clinic biopsy support, troubleshooting, and training, ensuring genomic product adoption is successful, with scientific “non-sales” skills
- Whilst in-clinic, ensure all customer needs are met, and work closely with Account Managers to provide scientific support for customers
- Assist in COE workshops and training; works closely with the Professional Education and Clinical Support team.
- Bring back insights from clinic visits to Marketing and sales to help the Commercial team identify opportunities for improved partnership with clinics
- Generates testimonials and in-clinic data and business cases
- Support the Global scientific communication profile with inputs to White papers and ART Scientific
- Give educational/promotional talks in labs, at congresses and in trainings. Support clinics with implementation and troubleshooting of Cooper products.
- Work closely as part of the Professional Education and Clinical Support team, to ensure alignment of activities and sharing of global best practices.
- Work closely with the Americas Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of activities and time allocation/prioritization with broader business priorities. Support internal customers with scientific questions and understanding of product usage
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred
- 5+ years of full-time embryology experience required, supervisory experience beneficial
- Confident speaker and networker. Able to observe and suggest improvements to customers tactfully and respectfully.
- Collaborative; Relationship builder
- Practical, patient, strong problem solver and observer
- Adaptable and flexible
- Able to see the big picture and prioritize and optimize time and customer visits.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $135,000 - $145,000. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
