Construction Administrative Assistant

OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth progress of our construction projects and providing administrative support to the project managers.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and project deadlines for the project team and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining and updating project documents, including project plans, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing project-related communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Monitoring project timelines and milestones, updating project management tools with progress reports.
  • Assisting with project budget monitoring and expense reporting.
  • Preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and distributing follow-up action items.
  • Maintaining communication with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Entering project data into relevant systems and generating reports as needed.
  • Organizing and maintaining project files both electronically and physically.

  • Technical skills: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), knowledge in Procore Construction Software

Education / Experience

Bachelors degree or college diploma in construction project management or business administration is preferred, recent graduates are welcomed. Some related experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $27.24 per hour

Schedule:
