- Respond to inbound calls to the scheduling line.
- Check voicemail, log messages, and return calls.
- Commitment to customer service.
- Create accurate call logs in the system, summarizing contact details with callers.
- Schedule appointments for assessments.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
- Must be computer literate and have MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, based on policy and procedure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to established standards.
- High School degree or GED
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in mental health program, community-based social service program, or any other program addressing the needs of special populations is a plus.
