Energy & Carbon Modeller

At tp bennett, our aim is to collaborate with clients, communities, consultants and supply chains, to achieve environmentally restorative, healthy and inclusive developments whilst optimising our own socio-environmental footprint. To assist us in delivering this goal, we are looking for an Energy & Carbon Modeller to join the Sustainability Team. You will share your experience of energy and greenhouse gas modelling, providing an exciting ‘carbon optimisation service to our wide range of architectural and interior design clients, helping to meet our own carbon reduction targets.

This is a new outcome-focused Sustainability role, which will involve strategising, establishing and delivering our energy and carbon modelling service, and so requires a proactive, thoughtful and positive approach, harnessing our existing knowledge and processes, alongside latest research and your ideas and experience. We are looking for a proactive and positive team member to contribute to lower energy and carbon outcomes, including through supporting or working to external standards such as the RIBA 2030 Climate Challenge, UKGBC, LETI targets, SBTi, and the UK Net Zero Carbon Building Standard, as well as supporting the requirements of accreditation schemes, such as NABERS, PASSIVHAUS, BREEAM, LEED, and SKA.This unique role within the Sustainability Team will be well supported by our wider colleagues including in our BIM and Compute teams and could be your next challenge if you are confident in problem solving and implementing your ideas to make positive change within a supportive environment.
