Supply Chain Compliance

The scope of this position encompasses the requirements to ensure that procurement activity is consistently within the guidelines of Bells rules, policies, and procedures as well as Government requirements. Coordination with internal functional management, departments, staff, and external customers (both Government and applicable Customers) is a normal occurrence.

What Youll Be Doing as a Supply Chain Compliance Professional

• Assist with supplier onboarding activities and monitoring supplier annual certification process.
• Assist with review and implementation of policies and procedures, and review and monitor various metrics monthly.
• Assist with training as needed and perform special projects and additional duties, at the request of Compliance Manager.
• Perform ongoing small-dollar PO audits. Capture trends and provide training on gap correction.
• Assist with assigning and tracking Letter Contracts and PCards.
• Assist with various reporting requirements.
• Assist the Small Business Officer with various reporting tasks including audit preparation, identifying weaknesses and recurring trends, and making recommendations on procedure and/or process change to achieve higher efficiencies.
• Create ad-hoc reports to support team members needs for audits, management reviews, and special projects.

• Excellent oral and written skills, critical thinking skills, reading comprehension, multi-task oriented, able to manage change, attention to detail, problem-solving, and a high level of customer focus.
• Must be comfortable communicating audit findings to peers and upper management.
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams.

What You need to be Successful

• Bachelors Degree or higher in a field relevant to the qualifications listed in the job description for this role is required.
• 0-2 years experience working with contracts, supply chain, procurement, compliance, or other related role is preferred.
• Microsoft Suite experience, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred.
