FIRST CLASS MARINE ELECTRICIAN
OverviewWe are seeking skilled electricians to join our team. Electricians that possess a strongunderstanding of electrical systems and components, with the ability to workindependently and as part of a team. This role requires precision in electricalinstallations, as well as terminating various equipment and systems.
Duties: Install and terminate electrical systems and equipment in marine electrical fieldsettings. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as mustimeters to ensure accurateinstallations. Applicant must be able to terminate systems such as: Alarm systems, Propulsionsystems, Switch Boards, Motor Control Centers, Motor and Distribution Panels. Utilize and understand electrical drawings and follow USCGC and ABS rules. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate with other tradespeople and service technicians to complete projectsefficiently. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.(This is a representative list of the duties the position may be asked to perform and isnot intended to be all-inclusive.)Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and testing instruments. Ability to perform work in various physical conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team setting.
