Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Preparing salads, beverages and special items for meals. Setting up service stations with items and supplies needed for meal service so that service begins on time. Serving food onto plates for resident trays using portion control utensils and according to the menu. Delivering resident trays to unit dining rooms following designated schedule. Washing dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work area and performing other cleaning tasks as assigned. This position is designated "mandatory" and must report or stay over during adverse weather events and/or other emergencies.This posting is for multiple vacancies. The health and physical status of these residents require 24-hour supervision, daily nursing care, and assistance with activities of daily living.
