Front Desk Receptionist

We are a top notch, FAST PACED dog boarding/daycare/grooming facility looking for a pleasant and solution oriented Front Desk Representative to undertake a variety of clerical duties. You will be the first to welcome all visitors with a smiling face and will be responsible for the first impression we make. We have two locations: 2nd Family Dogs and UltiMutts (which are about 5 minutes of each other).

Must be flexible to work at either locations as needed

Schedule: Must be able to work a combination of AM (6:30am-1pm), PM (1pm-7pm) and Weekend shifts (8am-5pm) No exceptions!

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality, while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You must be able to deal with dogs of all sizes comfortably as well as handle complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential!

• We require great attendance and excellent punctuality
• MUST be able to work with a team in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Greet and welcome customers and their dogs
• Maneuver dogs to and from their play area
• Check in and out customers
• Make reservations
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Answer all incoming calls
• Check and respond to emails
• Keep updated records and files
• Keep front desk and lobby tidy and presentable
• Take up other duties as assigned by lead/management
