GENERAL DESCRIPTION

These positions require a reliable, meticulous, and responsible individual to assist with the day-to-day operations of a business in an office setting. Experience in an administrative role in a high capacity office is highly preferred.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. High School Diploma/GED (Graduation from an accredited high school, or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma), some college preferred.

2. Administrative experience in a business office environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

1. Sit for long periods of time.

2. Must have good hearing.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

1. In-person, in an office setting.

2. Professional attire is required.

EARNINGS AND BENEFITS

Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
  • Support office operations by assisting colleagues as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
