Summary
We are seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead our digital strategy, optimize acquisition efforts, and build a performance-driven marketing function aligned with our mission of empowering scientific and educational progress.
The Role
As Head of Growth Marketing, you will own the strategy and execution of digital growth initiatives across all channels and customer segments. Youll combine a scientific mindset with commercial acumen to reach new audiences, educate them on complex technology, and convert interest into impact. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role—ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges and scaling performance in a high-integrity, purpose-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy aligned with Medeias mission and commercial objectives.
- Translate business goals into measurable acquisition, education, and engagement programs.
- Set KPIs, monitor growth metrics, and report progress to executive leadership.
Campaign & Content Execution
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, programmatic channels, YouTube, and LinkedIn—tailored for healthcare professionals and hospitals.
- Collaborate with Product and Medical teams to develop accurate, compelling content across formats (landing pages, email, video, white papers).
- Work with Design and Web teams to improve UX, site content, and conversion flows.
Marketing Automation & Data Infrastructure
- Build and maintain feed-based or logic-driven campaign structures using scalable systems.
- Develop and manage automated campaign frameworks that reflect product availability, research relevance, or audience segmentation logic.
- Work with data analysts to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Medical teams to align messaging, product launches, and educational initiatives.
Support business development efforts with digital programs that nurture leads and demonstrate product value.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in digital or growth marketing, with a focus on tech, health, or scientific industries.
- Strong experience with campaign automation, targeting systems, and dynamic campaign structures.
- Fluent in managing paid performance channels (Search, Display, Video, Social), CRM/email programs, and multi-touch attribution.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience using performance dashboards and reporting tools.
- Experienced in working cross-functionally with technical and subject-matter expert teams.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable translating complex technology into engaging, benefit-led storytelling.

- Background in B2B2C marketing (targeting both institutions and end users).
- Experience in life sciences, health tech, education tech, or medical research fields.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $118,813.00 per year
