Key Responsibilities of the Head of Operations include:Lead and deliver transformational change projects across operations

Oversee a shift-based high-volume food manufacturing facility, with direct responsibility for production, technical, and maintenance

Drive leadership development and team engagement, fostering a high-performance culture

Collaborate closely with manufacturing and retail leadership to enhance production efficiency, product quality, and profitability

Identify opportunities for investment and process improvement

Be a champion of positive, inclusive leadership - empowering people rather than commanding them

About YouExperienced operational leader in food manufacturing

Proven track record of delivering successful transformation and continuous improvement projects

Strong people leader who inspires trust, encourages collaboration, and can coach and develop teams

Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment, with the flexibility to work early mornings or nights where necessary

Commercially astute, with an appreciation for the financial and logistical challenges of modern food production

Emotionally intelligent, confident, and calm under pressure - someone who leads with purpose and integrity
