Position Title: HRIS Associate Department: Human Resources Reports To: Director, HR Business Partner Supervisory Responsibilities: NA FLSA Status: Non - Exempt (Hourly) Job Type: Full-time Location: US Remote (Must be located in Central or Eastern time zone)

Overview: The HRIS Associate is responsible for providing a range of services in support of the Human Resources Operations function. This role provides exceptional customer service, efficient handling of requests, and subject matter expertise in our HR Management Systems (UKG) workflows and process among other transactional system support. THIS ROLE REQUIRES STRONG EXPERIENCE WITH UKG.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all transaction workflows, tasks and approvals in UKG, our HR System; including but not limited to; new hire onboarding (including 19s), offboarding, internal mobility, Contractor onboard and offboarding, manager changes, compensation changes, mass imports, etc.
  • Managing the behind-the-scenes HR administrative tasks, including offboarding procedures and paperwork, document filing, record-keeping, and maintaining a well-organized HR archive.
  • Manage Password resets and enter service tickets as needed.
  • Maintaining the HR Jira Board, ticketing queue (prioritize, categorize, update status)
  • Following internal practices to ensure employee data privacy and compliance with all state, federal and regional labor laws, and regulations.
  • Sharing feedback and insights regarding recurring challenges and identifying opportunities to continuously improve processes and service levels; share those ideas with the HR Services team and leadership.
  • Interacting with the internal HR team to Identify opportunities to enhance HRIS processes, streamline workflows, and implement improvements
  • Applying the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information & employee and candidate records.
  • May perform other related duties as requested to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Skills:

  • Must have experience with UKG. This is a requirement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
  • Must be able to multitask and adapt in a demanding environment, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must be technically minded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Must have at least 2 years of current experience working in UKG and familiarity with creating workflows and business processes.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with JIRA Service Management is a plus
  • Good knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Experience interacting with and maintaining confidential information.
