- Support Different Learning Styles - Support development of curriculum using multiple synchronous and asynchronous training modalities, including instructor-led, micro-learning, blended learning, and online LMS training materials.
- Design Engaging Training - Develop interactive e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, micro-learning content, and playbooks tailored to different sales roles.
- Support Sales Onboarding & Upskilling - Create and maintain up-to-date training resources for tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
- Collaborate with SMEs - Work with product marketing, sales leadership, and customer success teams to ensure training is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
- Leverage Data & AI - Use platforms like Gong, Salesforce, and 6Sense to analyze sales conversations and refine training based on real-world insights.
- Develop Learning Journeys - Build structured learning paths for new hires, ongoing skill development, and certification programs.
- Enhance Engagement & Adoption - Apply adult learning principles, gamification, and blended learning strategies to drive engagement.
- Experience - 1-3 years in instructional design, curriculum development, or sales training, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Technical Skills - Proficiency in LMS platforms, content authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, Camtasia), and sales enablement software.
- Sales Knowledge - Understanding of B2B sales processes, methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger), and the nonprofit sector is a plus.
- Communication Skills - Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging training materials.
- Data-Driven Approach - Comfortable using analytics to measure and improve training effectiveness.
- Collaboration & Adaptability - Experience working cross-functionally and adjusting training to evolving sales needs.
