Junior Acquisition Agent

OverviewLooking for a self-driven, self-motivated, hungry and enthstic Junior Sales Agent that wants to be in real estate and be a part of a young, growing, ambitious sales team. This entry-level sales position has to do with contacting our list of prospects to qualify/look for/find leads that best fit what we would classify as an ideal prospect.

Duties (very simple)

• Call and communicate effectively with prospects, aiming for having quality conversations.
• Gather 4 important pieces of information for further sales prospecting: property condition, asking price of the home, timeframe in which they want to sell, why they would like to sell
• Stay updated on real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management practices.
• Goes without saying that a key objective aside from fact-finding is to develop strong relationships with prospects. In other words, to deliver a strong impact as the first representative to represent our organization.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall performance.

• It is ideal that you have a strong pull towards constant personal/self-improvement as we are all constantly seeking ways in which to self improve physically, financially, mentally and spiritually.
• You must want to be a part of a young and ambitious team, where the camaraderie is closely-knit, teamwork is exceptionally valuable, and the overall team synergy as a result is wonderful to be a part of.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate information clearly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,924.51 - $4,726.29 per month
