We are recruiting for a Lead maintenance electrician based in the Newcastle area covering the electrical maintenance within a large scale estate. The role is starting temporary but looking to move into a permanent role for the right candidate. Based off £43k 40 hours per week (£20.67/hr) plus overtime.

Lead Maintenance Electrician Duties:Supervising and completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:Electrical systemsLighting and emergency lightingControls and BMSBasic Plumbing maintenanceAHU/fan coil upkeepOverseeing and leading on checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.Client liaisonMonitoring of sub-contractors on site and ensuring H&S documentation and permits are correctSupervision of fabric staff Requirements:A qualified Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)Ideally 18th editionPrevious PPM and reactive maintenance experienceExcellent client facing skillsIdeally with some general supervisory or lead engineering experienceAble to log paperwork and documentation
