DB Research L.L.P., a global manufacturer of car audio products, is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant with Graphics skills to join our Product Development team. This is a full-time position based in Harlingen, TX, supporting both ongoing and new product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Product Development team
• Assist in organizing and managing project documentation
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Coordinate communication within the department and with external partners
• Ability to proof-read data and artwork

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum of 1-year office assistant, administrative experience, or graphics artist
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Proficiency with graphic design programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable using a calculator for basic math
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Compensation: Based on experience and skill level
