About the RoleAs we continue our mission to provide better period care for all, we are looking for a self-motivated and energetic all-rounder who wants to get involved in the operational aspects of a fast-growing startup.

As a Operations Associate you are responsible for the smooth running of all operational processes. You will be key to both day-to-day running of the company, as well as our long-term success. From supply chain management and daily relationship management with our key clients, to taking leading role on improving and building systems and processes, this is a varied role with a lot of room for growth.

Were seeking a self-starter who is willing to roll up their sleeves and help drive change in period care market. We are ideally looking for 1-2 years of professional experience, but would also consider recent graduates who can demonstrate a hunger to learn and develop rapidly. Key ResponsibilitiesDay to Day Operations: You will support the sales process by taking care of B2B customer orders and handling various B2B customer requirements.

You will work closely with some of the UK and Europes Biggest Retailers (Sainsburys, Boots, Holland and Barrett, Ocado), ensuring our relationship with these clients continues successfully. You will take care of our D2C customers and their queries, ensuring responses are automated leveraging AI where possible

Supply Management: You will become a key point of contact for some of our biggest partners: Including logistics companies, 3PL and product suppliers. You will maintain relationships with these partners, and come up with ways in which performance can be monitored and improved. Analytics: You will use your data skills to analyse business performance: looking after Inventory Management, Supply Performance and Payments.

You will come up with KPIs and ways to assess performance. Process improvement: You will spot inefficient, manual processes, propose and implement solutions to making them better. This may include: proposing new tool implementation, building custom tooling in Softr, documenting existing requirements, implementing Zapier automations etc.

About YouYou are highly numerate, resourceful and proactive with a demonstrable hunger to learn and grow both personally and professionally

You have strong Excel / Google Sheets knowledge, you love a new fancy tool and enjoy adapting to new technology. You have successfully completed your studies in STEM, Economics, Business or comparable qualification. You have 0-2 years of commercial experience.

You work in a structured and careful manner, are pragmatic and solution-oriented. You have strong communication skills, are empathetic and able to maintain calmness even when things get hectic. Nice to have:Experience in automation, no-code development or AI Agents, or willingness to learn (Zapier, Make, Retool, Softr, AI Agents etc.)Why Join Mooncup:Full-time role.
