What Youll Be Doing

• Serve as the customer-facing subject matter expert on single-phase and two-phase liquid cooling applications within hyperscale data centers.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities by providing value to customers through smarter and more energy-efficient products and systems.
• Collaborate with data center partners to review server platform requirements and identify product solutions and product gaps.
• Translate customer requirements into existing product solutions or collaborate with engineering on internal designs, ensuring alignment with company design standards.
• Create and deliver compelling customer presentations, ROI analyses, project submittals, and other technical information to support application needs and drive business development wins.
• Travel up to 15%

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business with demonstrated technical proficiency.
• 3+ years of experience with data center infrastructure design objectives, performance factors, and physical requirements, with a focus on liquid cooling applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at different levels and with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools.
