Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative tasks to support plant operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to financial transactions, classification of labor hours, and quality controls.
• Utilize industry software to process invoices and manage accounts.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Support inventory management and reporting as needed.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and vendors in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Proficiency in financial software or similar applications is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
