Piatto was founded to nurture the culinary art of crafting Neapolitan pizza. Our pizza is handmade with slow risen dough, baked in a wood-fired oven that was hand built in Naples, Italy. Our pizza is soft, light, and pliable. Charring along the cornicioné (crust) is a telltale sign of a Neapolitan pizza that has been baked correctly, at 900° in 60 to 90 seconds. Every pizza is a distinct labor of originality.

Overview:

As an evening Server at Piatto, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our customers. You will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service skills while providing guidance and support to the serving team. With weekend availability, night shifts, day shifts, and holiday shifts, we offer flexible schedule options to accommodate your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Guide and support the serving team in delivering outstanding service
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and address customer inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Weekend availability, night shift availability, and holiday availability
