Reading Tutor

We are looking for a passionate and patient Online Reading Tutor to help students of various ages develop their reading skills. The tutor will provide engaging, interactive lessons focused on improving reading comprehension, fluency, vocabulary, and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct online tutoring sessions tailored to students reading levels and learning needs.Help students develop phonics, fluency, comprehension, and vocabulary skills.Assess students reading abilities and track progress over time.Use engaging strategies such as storytelling, discussions, and interactive reading exercises.Provide personalized feedback and support to build students confidence in reading.Recommend appropriate reading materials based on students interests and skill levels.Collaborate with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and strategies for improvement.Utilize online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, educational apps, etc.) effectively.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Education Experience in tutoring, teaching, or literacy instruction. Strong understanding of reading strategies and literacy development. Excellent communication and patience to work with learners at different levels. Ability to adapt lessons to suit individual learning styles. Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning resources. Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
