Record Retrieval Spec I
Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Record Retrieval Specialist and help ensure our clients receive the highest level of satisfaction through accurate and efficient record management.
Location: Florida - Remote
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to record custodians and facilities to expedite document retrieval.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and facility personnel, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
- Enter and track record requests in our systems, keeping accurate client and facility databases.
- Provide regular updates on order statuses and resolve client inquiries or complaints related to services and products.
- Handle special projects and ensure compliance with safety and work standards.
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or client management, with a preference for backgrounds in legal or medical retrieval.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex issues effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds and ability to focus on detailed documents.
