HCM Service Representative

Description:

The role of the Human Capital Management (HCM) Service Representative is pivotal in upholding and enhancing client relationships within our organization. As a valued member of our Client Service Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and growth of our existing client base. Working closely with assigned clients, your focus will be on deeply understanding their business requirements and providing exceptional service across our comprehensive suite of HCM products and services. This includes but is not limited to Payroll, Time and Labor Management, Human Resources, 3rd party connections, and ancillary products. As the primary point of contact, you will take full ownership of nurturing and managing relationships with your assigned clients, thereby contributing significantly to our continued success.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create a superior service experience for our clients by building connections, sharing product knowledge, and acting as a strategic partner and with urgency.
  • Work effectively with all other customer service and operational team members to ensure fulfillment of client expectations and service needs are met.
  • Support clients in the use of PayNW software and services, including but not limited to Payroll, Time and Labor Management, Human Resources, Carrier Connections, and ancillary products.
  • Promptly and effectively address and resolve client issues, requests, or complaints to client satisfaction within bounds of PayNW operating requirements.
  • Ensure payrolls are processed on time and accurately by monitoring payroll calendar for a book of clients.
  • Perform payroll processing activities including entry of pay data, employee data maintenance and reviewing payrolls for accuracy.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled client check-ins and consistently look for ways to optimize the relationship and system.
  • Conduct annual account reviews to ensure clients are aligned on the best products and services to meet their needs.
  • Update system functionality changes and additions, as needed.
  • Back up team members within the set POD as needed to cover PTO.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to work under time pressure.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Solid foundation of knowledge of payroll rules and practices, wages & hour laws and payroll tax regulations.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented with ability to multi-task.
  • Professional, courteous, and friendly.
  • Ability to learn new systems and information.
  • Enjoys day-to-day-rhythm of payroll production.

Work Environment

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Proficient in using a keyboard, mouse, and computer for up to 8 hours daily.
  • Skilled in frequent telephone/video conferencing and virtual meeting participation.
  • Must provide a distraction-free private workspace big enough to accommodate two monitors.
  • Maintains a clean and professional background for virtual meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
