Job Description: In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by management within the scope of department/business objectives.

Must Haves:

  • Strong 10-key / data entry proficiency
  • 1 year Microsoft Outlook experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication

Work Related:

  • Process customer sales, invoices, and shipments/pickups
  • Review sales tax rate for appropriateness
  • Process freight billings to customers
  • Administrative duties such as scanning and telephone support
  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

Other:

  • Ability and willingness to vary hours and work overtime as necessitated by business needs
  • Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service
  • Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrate reading comprehension and ability to follow directions
  • Exhibit literacy in drafting correspondence and other forms of written communication
  • Able to perform basic math functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Demonstrate knowledge in performance of basic- to intermediate-level commands in Microsoft Excel
  • Willing to work in a productivity-driven environment with a high volume of workflow
  • Strong 10-key and/or Alpha-Numeric data entry skills which includes both speed and accuracy
  • Proven track record in the customer service arena
  • Strong communication skills; both oral and written
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Dependable and reliable

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS:

  • Perform billing on assigned locations
  • Perform review of billing on assigned locations
  • Consistent demonstration of a positive attitude, a willingness to adapt, and enthusiasm to work as part of a team

Regular attendance within the parameters of the department schedule and the policies of Shared Services, while minimizing unscheduled time off

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

  • Are you comfortable with 7:00 AM work start time Monday - Friday. Must be flexible with schedule to accommodate fixed deadlines sometimes working Saturday and or Sunday. Flexible shift times between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
