Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to important documents.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Exhibit professionalism in phone etiquette while interacting with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role.
  • Strong proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
