Were building a creative studio with real standards, and we need people who can create powerful, clean motion content with a strong sense of storytelling and visual rhythm. What Youll Do: • Design and animate advanced motion graphics for social, brand, and web • Bring concepts to life through kinetic typography, transitions, and effects • Collaborate with our creative lead to ensure style + impact • Stay on top of motion trends without copying the crowd Description What You Need to Have:

• 2+ years of experience in motion design or GFX
• Strong command of tools like After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.
• A portfolio that shows mastery—not just potential
• An individual approach to creativity (no team sharing or ghost designers)
• Transparent communication and accountable work ethic

What Were Not Looking For:

• Template-tweakers or Canva animators
• People outsourcing to unknowns behind the scenes
• Test-the-waters freelancers building as they go
• AI animators who cant design outside the script
