Collision Management Billing Specialist

A Day in the Life

• Generate invoices in the Billing system as claims are completed and submitted into a queue for processing, ensuring compliance and accuracy prior to creation
• Approve invoices in the Billing system
• Ensure the system is generating invoices as expected during the daily Bill Run.
• Make manual adjustments to previously created invoices to align with changes received after submission
• Review and research Billing inquiries from various departments
• Generate adhoc reporting as needed

Requirements

• Bachelors degree preferred, or 1 to 3 years related experience, or equivalent industry experience.
• General fleet business product and service knowledge preferred

Knowledge & Competencies

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Ability to prioritize and manage expectations
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
• A mathematical background with ability to work in fast-paced environment.

The hiring base salary range for this position is $46,800 to $64,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. Whats in it for You
