Content Creator Change manager

Piper Companies is seeking a highly experienced Change Manager who can design and implement change strategies by converting older technology into a newer version. The Change Manager will be in office hybrid 1-2 days a week, located in RTP, NC.

Requirements for the Change Manager include:

  • Assist in updating and enhancing training modules, focused on change management strategies
  • Refresh and consolidate new hiring training materials to ensure they are current and comprehensive
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate training content, gather feedback, and make necessary improvements
  • Develop and deliver messaging to guide the team through transitions, fostering awareness and forward-thinking mindset

Qualifications for the Change Manager include:

  • 2-3 years of experience of content creation or previous in change management
  • Advanced understanding of PowerPoint creation and revamping
  • Experience with Sharepoint, Microsoft, Slido, and Webex
  • Comfortable with creating curriculums company wide

Compensation for the Change Manager includes:

- Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000
