Customer Service Representative - Work-from-home Call Center (PartsTree.com)Training Location: Oltorf @ Montopolis Dr - 78741 (in-person for up to 30 days)Compensation: $17.50/hour + Seasonal Overtime (1.5x pay, typically March-August)

What Youll Do on a Typical Day:

1- Answer inbound calls and emails, assisting customers with orders and website support.

2- Contact suppliers to gather additional product information for customer inquiries.

3- Follow up with customers related to #1 and #2 - no cold calling!

Job Details & Requirements:

· Paid Training starts ASAP (attendance is mandatory; any planned absences must be discussed before hiring).

· Call Center Hours: Mon-Fri (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM), Sat (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) [subject to change].

· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.

· Must be available to work two Saturdays per month.

· Full-time (40 hours/week) position with seasonal overtime available (March-August).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
