Customer Service

The Pet Emporium in at 2394 E. Stadium Blvd. in Ann Arbor, Michigan is looking for a friendly, pet-loving customer service associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged. We have a part-time position available. Weekend availability is necessary.

Responsibilities

*Greet customers and make them feel at home *Answer any questions the customers may have *Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment *Processing new inventory and counting current stock

Qualifications

*Friendly attitude when dealing with guests and co-workers *Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments *Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have *Good communication skills with customers *Pet experience

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $15.00/hour.
