Rooter ProXpress, a local, fast-growing plumbing company is seeking an experienced, dependable, and polished Dispatcher for our morning shift. Our companys first interaction with our valued customers begins with our dispatch team, so we are looking for only the very best. As a dispatcher with us, you must meet the following job requirements:

• Customer service-oriented
• Exceptional communication skills (bi-lingual, fluent in Spanish is a plus)
• Fast learner and active listener with the ability to take direction and receive/implement constructive criticism
• Accurate, fast typing skills (50 w.p.m. or higher)
• Attention to detail
• Dependable
• Team player - ready to jump in and assist our internal as well as external customers
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to provide proof of residency

In addition, the ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Service Titan experience as well as a minimum 1-year dispatcher experience within either a plumbing company or equivalent trade industry such as an HVAC, Roofing, Electrical or Construction company. Flexibility with scheduling is key as some weekends and on call will be required. Starting pay is competitive and we offer an exceptional benefits package.
