This full-time role in Mt. Pleasant, SC offers a base salary of $90,000-$100,000, plus bonus potential and a full benefits package. The ideal candidate is passionate about local sourcing, leadership development, and maintaining excellence in a scratch kitchen.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and inspire a tight-knit culinary team committed to excellence.
• Create and execute seasonal menus that reflect the spirit and style of Mt. Pleasant, SC.
• Partner with local purveyors and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food and labor costs, prep systems, and sanitation.
• Collaborate with FOH leadership to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
