Nails Lounge Searching for Front Desk Receptionist

The successful candidate will be responsible for front desk duties including, but not limited to, answering incoming phone calls, assisting clientele with questions, scheduling appointments, product sales and inventory, some cleaning and laundry and ensuring a quality experience for every client during every visit.

We are not hiring aestheticians for this role. We want a person that desires a front desk receptionist role in a very busy nails lounge environment.

Minimum requirements:

❖ Must have a strong customer service mindset and retail sales experience❖ Must have a professional, upbeat attitude with great communication qualities❖ Must be flexible and willing to learn and take on new tasks as needed❖ Must be motivated to educate clients about our products❖ Must be able to multi-task❖ Must be dependable, have own car, and have solid time management skills.

❖ We are hiring for a part-time position to work Thursdays 9AM-2PM, Fridays 9AM-2PM and 2PM-7:30PM, Saturdays 8:30AM-1:30PM and 1:30PM-6:30PM and Sundays 10:30AM to 5:30PM.

Other desired skills but not required:❖ Computer Experience with iPad and PC❖ Nail knowledge and experience a plus

Location: In the city of Gilbert, on S Val Vista Drive and Queen Creek Road.

Hourly pay plus Retail Commission and discounted products and services.Looking to fill position as soon as possible.
