Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:- Perform account reconciliation and account analysis to ensure accuracy of financial data- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities- Ensure compliance with tax regulations- Maintain knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for audits- Provide support to the accounting team as needed

Skills:- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Excel, Word- Experience in Construction and Job Cost software a plus- Experience with Self Storage accounting software a plus- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy- Knowledge of budgeting processes- Proven experience in bookkeeping or related role

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
